Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided

  • The product is not listed as final sale, customized, or non-returnable (this will be clearly stated on the product page)


How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  2. Our team will review your request and send you a return authorization and shipping instructions if eligible.

  3. Ship the item back to the address provided. Please retain your return tracking number.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance/final sale items

  • Used plush toys for hygiene reasons
